Superb room with spa bath. Once you ask reception to activate the bath you can soak sore feet and muscles from walking the Camino. The location was on the Camino and a stones throw from the castle and plaza. There is so much to see and do in Ponferrada and you are spoilt for choice for places to eat and drink. We took a walk into the centre and had a Chinese meal. Wonderful place to stay, just a shame we only had one night as up early for Camino the next day. We would recommend staying for more if you have the time.

Location was topnotch. Very close to the castle and old town, main street, across a convenience store, and close to restaurants. This is where I started my Camino. =) Welcoming staff, my room was basic but I only needed it to sleep and prepare for my pilgrimage so it was perfect as it was. Breakfast was simple but enough to get me going. Check in and check out was a breeze. There's an elevator access. My room was on the top floor and it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in historic centre by Templars castle. Staff welcoming. Spacious room. Super clean. Overlooking road. External noise minimal. Internal noise not well sound insulated Mattress firm for me but most folk seem to find comfortable Wifi fast stable Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again

Basic hotel with all of the facilities you need for a short stay. All amenities worked, street parking outside or hotel parking at a reasonable cost. Having a cafe and restaurant on site is a bonus. The staff were very helpful particularly explaining the local festival and best places to eat. Great town to visit.

Location: walkable distance to all main points. The cleanliness of the room was 10/10. Room temperature adjustable. Plus: good blackout curtains! Free parking close to the hotel, café next to it so you can have a breakfast or coffee. In general, good quality stay for low cost.
